In Karachi. Family, relatives, and members of the Pakistani national team attended the eldest daughter's Rukhsati celebration in the port city of Karachi. It was hosted by cricket star Shahid Afridi.

As fans and social media users anxiously anticipate glances from the wedding, images and videos from the ceremony have gone viral.

The firstborn of the former skipper wed Naseer Nasir in a discreet wedding that took place in Karachi in December of the previous year. The majority of rukhsati occurs during nikah, however Afridi's family decides to wait until July to consummate the union.

Due to family privacy, the bride and groom's images were kept private. However, Sana Shahid, Boom Boom's wife, published pictures without the bride's face on them.

On Friday in Karachi, Pakistani players attended the wedding ceremony of Shahid Afridi's daughter. The occasion was attended by the captain Babar Azam, wicket keeper Rizwan, ex-captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, Imam ul Haq, Shan Masood, Hassan Ali, Aamir Jamal, and Shaheen Shah Afridi.

The ceremony was also attended by politicians including Federal Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel, TV anchor Waseem Badami, and cricket greats Moin Khan, Arshad Khan, Mohammad Akram, and Waqar Younis.
