To go to the Emerging Asia Cup final, Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka.

After defeating Sri Lanka A by 60 runs in the semi-final on Friday, Pakistan A advanced to the finals of the current ACC Emerging Asia Cup. 


The victors of the second semi-final between Bangladesh A and India A will now play The Men in Green.


The host team was bowled out for 262 runs in 45.4 overs while attempting to reach a goal of 323 runs.


Arshad Iqbal, a pacer who recorded 5-37, was Pakistan's preferred bowler.


For the victorious team, Mubasir Khan and Sufiyan Muqeem each claimed two wickets.

Despite scoring 97 runs apiece for Sri Lanka, Sahan Arachchige, and Avishka Fernando's team was unable to advance.


Earlier, Omair Bin Yousuf and Mohammad Haris, the captain, both scored fifty to help Pakistan A defeat Sri Lanka A by a score of 322.


The Pakistan cricket team, who had elected to bat first in Colombo, was dismissed for 322 runs on the last delivery of the innings.


Omair scored 88 runs in 79 balls, using 10 fours and a six to his advantage. Haris, meanwhile, scored 52 runs in 43 balls, including five fours, to play a quick knock.


Tayyab Tahir and Mubasir Khan both contributed runs, scoring 42 and 26 respectively.


With a cameo appearance at the conclusion of the innings, Mohammad Wasim Jr. gave the game momentum.

Lahiru Samarakoon, Pramod Madushan, and Chamika Karunaratne each took two wickets for Sri Lanka.


On Sunday, July 23, the competition's finale will take place in Colombo.


Pakistani starting lineups include Mubasir Khan, Amad Butt, Mohammad Wasim, Sufiyan Muqeem, and Arshad Iqbal in addition to Sahibzada Farhan, Saim Ayub, Tayyab Tahir, Qasim Akram, Omair Yousuf, and Mohammad Haris (c).
