On 6 October in Hyderabad, Pakistan will take the pitch against Qualifier 1 to start their World Cup 2023 campaign.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) released the match schedule for the showpiece tournament on Tuesday. The Men in Green will play qualifiers in their first two matches on October 6 and 12, respectively.
From October 5 to November 19, 10 teams will compete for the illusive championship at 10 different locations, with the tournament's opening game and championship match taking place in Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium.
The most eagerly awaited game, an encounter between India and Pakistan, will be on October 15 in Ahmedabad.
Schedule for Pakistan: Qualifier 1 on October 6 in Hyderabad
Qualifier 2 on October 12 in Hyderabad
India on October 15 in Ahmedabad.
Australia on October 20 in Bengaluru.
Afghanistan on October 23 in Chennai.
South Africa on October 27 in Chennai.
Against Bangladesh on October 31 in Kolkata
November 4: at Bengaluru, against New Zealand
England on November 12 in Kolkata.
Regardless of where they place in the qualifiers, the West Indies will be Q1 if they qualify.

Pakistan will play in Kolkata if they make it to the semifinals.
Unless they are playing Pakistan, in which case they will play in Kolkata, India will play in Mumbai if they advance to the semifinals.
All clubs will compete against one another for a total of 45 league matches throughout the round-robin phase of the competition.
The top four teams will advance to the semifinals, which will take place on November 15 in Mumbai and on November 16 in Kolkata. There will be reserve days for the semifinals and championship.
The ICC Chief Executive, Geoff Allardice, said: "We are happy to reveal the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 schedule, which is always a significant occasion ahead of any global tournament.
"We know that in India, the teams will enjoy a unique electric atmosphere culminating with the winners lifting the trophy in the biggest cricket stadium in the world in Ahmedabad," the statement reads. "We know that hundreds of millions of fans around the world will be part of what we hope will be the greatest ever Men's Cricket World Cup."
