To honour the holy festival, the country will celebrate Eidul Azha on Thursday with customary passion and devotion. The Hajj rituals in Mina come to an end on this day.

To mark the event, congregational prayers were performed all around the nation. Special prayers were offered for Pakistan's security, growth, and prosperity.

Additionally, prayers were said for the liberation of Palestine, the end of the continuing conflict and corruption in other Muslim nations, and the release of illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir by India.

In a statement for Eidul Azha, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif advised the populace to show extra caution and remember those who lost their homes due to floods the year before.

He claimed to be aware of the fact that inflation and the recession in the outside world were to blame for Pakistan's price increase.

On the joyous occasions of Hajj and Eid al-Adha, the premier also congratulated Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah. He prayed for the success of all religious rites and sacrifices.

Shehbaz claimed that the current administration was making use of all available tools to help the populace.

The prime minister prayed for the persecuted Muslims in Palestine and Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir as well as for the peace and prosperity of the Muslim world. He also prayed for an end to their suffering.

The prime minister noted that through sacrifices and the accomplishment of Hajj, Allah Almighty's orders were obeyed and messages of peace, tolerance, fraternity, and obedience were sent.

The genuine goals of Eidul Azha will be achieved by fulfilling these needs via practical achievement together with reflection on the significance of the festival and its motivation, he continued.

He claimed that the fundamental tenet of the event was to give up the most precious item for Allah Almighty while demonstrating sincerity and devotion.

He emphasised that without such a significant sacrifice, it would be impossible to achieve the true spirit of Sunnah-e-Ibrahimi (AS): equality, self-purification, and emotional and moral purity.

Shebaz further emphasised the importance of sharing the sacrificed meat to those who deserve it so that they can also partake in the joy of the festive event.

The "Feast of Sacrifice" is the name given to this Eid in remembrance of the sacrifice Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) was prepared to make by killing his only son at Allah's direction. Muslims still emulate the prophet's submission by butchering sacrificed animals.

Prior to that, the prime minister emphasised that a real observation of the rite required the people to live a life of piety and cleanliness and added that Eidul Azha symbolised the spirit of sacrifice, equality, and compassion.

The prime minister sent wishes to Muslims in general and Pakistanis living abroad in particular on the night of Eidul Azha, who observed this holy day.

holy occasion on Wednesday.

Shehbaz said that Eid fostered unity by reducing socio-economic inequalities and creating feelings of empathy and complete surrender before Allah Almighty.

“Eidul Azha symbolises the spirit of sacrifice, equality & compassion,” he wrote.

The armed forces of Pakistan, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and services chiefs wished a very happy Eidul Azha to fellow Pakistanis, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated in a statement.

“Eidul Azha gives us a message of peace, unity, fraternity and selfless sacrifice for the humanity,” the statement said.
