Guardians' José Ramírez Homers in First 3 At-Bats Against Red Sox
(AP) CLEVELAND — On Thursday night against the Boston Red Sox, third baseman José Ramrez for the Cleveland Guardians homered in each of his first three at-bats.
Ramirez hit his 200th career home run, a two-run shot, a solo shot, and another solo shot in the first, third, and sixth innings, respectively.
Two of the home runs were hit right-handed by the switch-hitter, and the third was blasted from the left side of the plate.

Ramirez passed Travis Hafner for ninth place on the club's career home run list with 201 after his home run in the sixth inning off former teammate Corey Kluber gave the All-Star nine this season.
When the Guardians sent 10 men to the bat in the sixth inning and all of them were struck out, Ramirez came up once more.
