ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday presented an appeal to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) mentioning that given his "training, propensities, and social and political status", PTI Director Imran Khan be given better or A-class offices in prison and that he be moved from Attock Prison to Adiala Prison.

"Keeping in view the solicitor's social and political status, his schooling, and his being acclimated with a superior living style, the Candidate was qualified for A-Class offices as far as Rule 243 read with Rule 248 of Pakistan Jail Rules," the request read.

Further explaining his being familiar with "a superior method of life," the request read: "The candidate is from a prosperous family, and later because of his schooling, propensities, and social and political status in the general public, has familiar with a superior method of life... is an alum of Oxford College, UK and the ... commander of Pakistan public Cricket."

Khan was captured on August 5 after a locale and meetings court in the government capital sentenced him for degenerate practices connected with the state gift store — charges which he denies.

"Charges of misdeclaration of resources have been demonstrated against PTI executive," Judge Humayun Dilawar wrote in his judgment, giving Khan three years in prison, alongside a fine of Rs100,000, while giving a capture warrant for his nearby capture.

After his capture, Khan was moved to Attock prison.

The request today, recorded through Khan's lawyer Naeem Haider Panjotha, added that Khan was being kept in a "little cell of 9 x 11 feet".

It further pursued that the PTI's seat's lawful group, individual doctors, and relatives be permitted to meet him.

"In addition, Dr. Faisal King is the doctor of the solicitor for a quarter century and knows about the whole clinical history of the Candidate."

"Because of past wounds supported by the candidate remembering a fall in 2013, the slug wounds caused in the Wazirabad assault, and for directing the medical issue of the Solicitor, the admittance to Dr. Faisal Ruler is expected to be conceded."

Mentioning that the court proclaims Khan's visit to Attock prison "unlawful" and that he be moved to Adiala, the request expressed that Khan be permitted to see his family, specialist, and political assistants "in light of a legitimate concern for equity."

Sources educated Geo News that a group of specialists has been delegated for the PTI director and will determine his status of him in two movements.

They added that Khan has been moved from Class C to Sleeping quarters No. 2; be that as it may, as indicated by the directions of the Punjab Home Division, the PTI executive will be moved to B class.
