Fabinho has signed with Al-Ittihad and will play in the Saudi Pro League.

 The club submitted a £40 million offer, and the 29-year-old's transfer to Al-Ittihad was eventually completed.






Brazilian midfielder Fabinho of Liverpool has signed a three-year contract to join Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad. 

Al-Ittihad's most recent big acquisition during their ongoing summer hiring effort for the Saudi Pro League is highlighted by Fabinho's departure. Under the direction of former Wolves and Spurs manager Nuno Espirito Santo, the club has effectively acquired the skills of eminent players like Ballon d'Or winner Karim Benzema, N'Golo Kante, and Jota, strengthening their roster.

 missed Liverpool's recent training camps in Germany and Singapore as a result of the transfer, which was completed after a £40 million offer from Al-Ittihad. Fabinho expressed his sincere thanks to Liverpool and its ardent supporters after five years of service, highlighting that he is leaving his "home" with great delight.

Fabinho was a key player in the team's successes throughout his time at Liverpool, helping them win the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup, among other illustrious championships. Liverpool expressed its gratitude for Fabinho's contributions to the team's victories over the previous five years.

Liverpool's midfield has undergone a significant change this summer as a result of the exits of Fabinho and Jordan Henderson, who joined Steven Gerardo's Al-Ettifaq. After their contracts expired, James Milne, Alex Ox lade-Chamberlain, and Navy Keita also departed the team. Trent Alexander-Arnold has been named vice-captain and Virgil van Dijk has been named Liverpool's new captain in light of these midfield alterations.
