Afridi, while talking on a confidential news channel, addressed why the PCB the executive's board boss was "calling media house proprietors about individuals who are talking against him?"

"You [Ashraf] are the administrator of the PCB and not of some [random] club. You should deal with a ton of things [but you are] calling proprietors of media houses and grumbling about individuals saying one or the other [on their particular channel] about you," the ex-captain said.

"You are the PCB director. Individuals are making statements since you are giving them the open door [to do so]," he added.

The star all-rounder focused on that the PCB boss ought to adhere to his own business and said: "You are giving others valuable open doors [to come after you]. You shouldn't regard what anyone is talking about you."

"You are giving [unnecessary] proclamations about Babar and different players [at a time] when the [Pakistan] group is playing the World Cup," he said.

It is relevant to realize that the PCB, as of late, has been overwhelmed in contentions following the renunciation of now-previous boss selector Inzamam ul Haq, and Green Shirts' captain Babar Azam's confidential meet-up with a senior PCB official being spilled.

For quite a long time, bits of hearsay were coursing in the media that the PCB boss and senior load-up authorities were not returning calls from Azam.

Be that as it may, the contention emerged after a confidential news channel circulated the screen capture of the captain's visit with a senior PCB official, showing the previous denial of calling Asraf in any case.

Previous cricketers, including Afridi, had bludgeoned the host and columnist for releasing Azam's talk.

"We are criticizing our own nation and players ourselves. How might you show somebody's confidential messages? Did the executive tell the columnist? In the event that the executive did as such, it's an extremely shameful demonstration," Afridi said.
